Blech. I have been to a few other bww, and I like them ok. This one is terrible. Frigid inside and the service is barely existent, regardless of how few people are in the restaurant. It took almost 45 minutes to get nasty chicken. They were preparing the table settings (wrapping utensils in napkins) at the table next to us loudly gossiping and grabbing the forks by the tines. Yes, I know what happens in a kitchen sometimes when gross habits happen, but at least I can't see it. Ignorance is bliss. Also incredibly overpriced. Nope, never again at this location.

Disgusting! I ordered the spicy garlic wings and what was served to me was inedible. It could best be described as a congealed buffalo wing grease soup in a paper basket. Over sauced was an understatement. I sent them back. I gave them a star because the Reds Apple Ale was good as were the mozzarella sticks and onion ring appetizers. As a person who spent my early pre teen years in the Buffalo area, I can tell you this company would be run out of town in they opened in Buffalo, NY. Blasphemous to call themselves Buffalo wild wings.

Just based on my food experience alone I could have given a solid four stars. The wings were meaty, of decent size, and priced right. In my humble opinion, they could have spared a little more sauce; I mean come on your a buffalo wing place it's not going to break you! The atmosphere of the restaurant was fine for us. The few times we have gone, not just this location but a few others, we see a trend. THE same trend different locations..........they just don't seem to care about the customer. Our server was nice but he should not be a server due to not have proper training. He was haphazard, forgot half of everything he offered or we asked for. The only way I can put it is the culture of the chain seems to not worry about good, well trained, customer service. That was a HUGE detractor for us. We will go back for the wings when in the area if in the area but this is not a place we would go out of our way for. If you go you must be willing to over look poor service.

So far so good! This morning I came here with the chamber of commerce. Service was good and food was outstanding. Our server was very polite and served us quickly! We had the parmasean garlic bone in wings and mild buffalo boneless wings. Both were piping hot and delixious! Im sitting in a booth here for the second time today for a real service. Lets see how this goes!

I live just down the road from this new restaurant, so I thought I'd give it a try. I arrived at 4PM on a Tuesday. The service was prompt and I ordered the "Steak Burger" and beer. The Beer arrived right away and was fresh and cold. So far, so good. My "steak burger" arrived and although I requested Cole slaw as my side order, I received French fries. The steak burger was essentially two hamburger patties with a small amount of shaved steak sandwiched between the patties. Also between the burger patties was a small thick deep fried onion ring. No lettuce or tomato or any other garnish. It comes with honey BBQ sauce. Most of the taste I experienced with this sandwich was derived from the honey BBQ sauce and the high sodium content. (My ears are still ringing from the salt.) The total for the burger and beer was $14.30. The burger was $10.49. I've had true steak sandwiches using NY strip steak for $12.00 that included large tomato slices and all the garnishes. So basically, this steak burger was a bunch of meat in a bun. The fries were so-so, somewhat thin for my taste. Frankly, this is kids food. Other burger choices included French fries inside the bun. What I would have preferred is a classic, traditional American hamburger, but they didn't have one on the menu I found nothing compelling about Buffalo Wild Wings. It might be fine for less discerning 20 somethings, but nothing here for me.

This place is basically the Chili's of wing restaurants. If you like places like TGIFridays, Chilis, or Olive Garden, you will probably like Buffalo Wild Wings. It has a very sterile franchise atmosphere and the food is likely to be consistently mediocre at every location. We sat at the bar and our server (Alex maybe?) was friendly and provided excellent and quick service. In addition, the wings we got were gigantic. There you go. Two stars. When we walked up to the door from the parking lot, Britney Spears' "Hit Me Baby, One More Time" was blasting loud enough to be heard across the whole shopping center. The inside was equally as loud and, though it was 50 degrees outside, they had the air on full blast. In a large, open, warehouse type setting, you could feel the air blowing. I literally watched someone's money blow off of the bar, along with a napkin. We ordered wings with medium, Parmesan garlic sauce and rather than the fresh chunks of cheese and garlic that you might expect, they use a powdered spice concoction that was completely disgusting. The wing sauce almost matches the color of the walls and looked more like nacho cheese. To their credit, the wings were enormous and out of a basket of ten wings we had nine flats, which I prefer, but I guess others might find dissatisfying. They don't list the number of wings in a basket, on the menu which I found to be somewhat deceptive. The small order turned out to be 10 wings for about $11 and, given the size, I did not find that unreasonable. However, the wholly uninviting atmosphere, and disgusting appearance of the food are sure to prevent me from going back.

Absolute worst food for any chain restaurant. Wings are not any better than the next wing joint. I like this place to watch tv basically, tvs everywhere and big ones! Awful beer selection, can't even order a bunch of drinks at one time, even have been cut off after a few weak ass beers. Always sit at bar because the table service is just terrible. I'd compare the food to 7-Eleven. I guessing all the garbage food is pre cooked and sitting under a heat lamp for hours. You can not even order a certain temperature on your burger, the wings come one way which sucks because i like crispy wings. When you order a burger or wings it comes out within seconds, let's you know is all precooked sitting there in the back. The management almost daily tells the employees their goal is to put the other local restaurants out of business, NOT COOL BWW.

One of the better BW3s I have been to. Only problem I noticed is the craft beer selection is weak.

WORST WAITRESS EVERRRRR!!! I wouldn't even give this place a one star, but I guess I have to... I agree with the comments about the crazy noise as soon as you walk in. I'm in my 20's and even for me this place was too damn loud for you to even have a conversation with the person you are dining with. I'm a musician so I'm always listening to loud music, so now have and idea of how terribly loud this place was. On a scale of 1-10 the food was about a 2 or 3. I got the Parmesan garlic and the sweet barbeque boneless wings. Both of which I could tell we're definitely frozen, and the mango and strawberry lemonade drinks were wayyyy too sweet... BEST PART Last off: Our waitress's name was Stacy. I don't want to be mean, but honestly, she was the worst server I've ever had to DEAL with. We were thinking about requesting another server! I'm in Florida for the holidays and just wanted to catch up with a close friend of mine, and honest to God, we did not finish one freakin' conversation because we kept getting interrupted by our waitress.. Basically, we'd be in the middle of a conversation and our waitress would decide to just squat down at our table and literally hop in on the conversation... Ready for the best part??? When we got our check, she told us it was about $45, but she said "after we're done tipping her for her phenomenal service, our bill would be about $200." Which was when I finally lost it and talked to the manager. Good Luck if you decide to go here.. Seriously....Good Luck!!

If you like long waits for mediocre food and bad service come here. Food was cold when received. Probably could be better if the place wasn't so overhyped, and so overpopulated. I'll stick to local restaurants for dinner, better food and better service.

Great place to watch a game with a great drink selection. BUT, I don't understand how they get away with the 'wings' they serve. Besides the fact that they plop them down on paper like plates, the wings taste like they have been frozen for years. Regular wings had a congealed like texture. Boneless wings had an outside texture so hard it hurt my teeth. I can't speak for the other food options, but this was so disappointing!

  • Mark F.

Food quality very poor. Appears to be mostly food service products from freezer. Popcorn shrimp from Gortons is much higher quality. Boneless wings so extremely hard to chew. Table and chair conditions very poor (cleanness). Way overpriced for what you get and the quality you receive. Trivia was fun

Very disrespectful to the military! Was having lunch for the first time here when a young Military guy fresh out of A School came in wearing his uniform and asked if he could put some brochures out, guys that's their extra duty lately bc this is the second one I've seen within the week. Anyway, they said no, and then proceeded to give him an unasked for job application. REALLY?? I was livid!!! To make matters worse, their food was horrible, the sauces had no flavor, the coke was flat, and the servers acted like it was a real bother to ask for anything. I Absolutely will NEVER come back! And I'll make sure everyone knows how they treated our Military.

What a nightmare. When did loud spaces that assault you with constant visuals and poor service become the ideal? The staff is young and cute and dumb as a box of rocks. Our stupid little waitress didn't know the names of the beers and ciders and took down my order tentatively to make sure first. It was painful to hear her squeaky voice try to explain the wing flavors and pricing and she literally could not answer a question without staring at us like it was a math test and she was at the front of the class. Let's not forget the crowd. Oh jeez, if you wondered where all the Port St. Lucie people go for a big night out in Jensen, this is it. This is a sea of those ridiculous flat rimmed ball caps (3D labels included), hoodies and their medical office girlfriends carting their favorite Coach bags. And the food? Really? It doesn't deserve a review and who can eat in this cesspool anyway? OK, the wings were tasty but not worth the overall experience.

I will never go back to this place, one of the worst meals that I have had since I have been living in Florida. You better off going to McDonalds or Burger KIng.

While they get a bonus star, simply because I love any bdubbs, I don't think they're doing as bad as some reviews may be hinting towards. The service and atmosphere was on par with most other locations that I've been to. They're still new so of course they'll be working some of the kinks (i.e. bringing out everyone's food at the same time), but I love the variety of beers (and ciders -woohoo) and they're wings did not disappoint!

Absolutely enjoy this place - we have never had an issue with servers or long waits. The staff here actually remembers my wife, son, and myself. I find the food awesome (it's a wing joint), Guinness is always cold, and between the televisions and the computer tablets, who can ask for anything more. I don't like the dry runs, anything hot and drumettes only works - potato wedges and the pretzels are great starters. Just disappointed 5/16/2015. No Mikes Hard Lemonade - how can you not have something on the menu of drinks at a drinking and eatery establishment????

I've been meaning to write this for awhile, been putting it off. But I went to this B-Dubs back when it had just arrived. Totally hyped to finally have one in town, one of my favorite places to eat in Gainesville and Orlando. So you can imagine how disappointed I was to just get assaulted by bad restaurant-ness left and right. Been waiting for this place to open for SO long and here's what we got: - A place so obnoxiously loud that we had to YELL to hear each other at our own table. I love sports bars. As I said, I love (other) B-Dubbs. There is something terribly wrong with the acoustics in this location. It's absolutely deafening on a busy day. - Wait staff that failed on multiple fronts: Slow refills, incorrect orders, nobody coming to check on us so we could TELL them the orders were incorrect, generally running around like chickens with heads cut off. - Management (management of a new restaurant that should, you know, give a damn about their grand opening) that sat around near the entrance, arms folded, watching the TVs and talking to each other about the games that were on. Never once did I see the old farts even bother to go to a table to ask how everything was. Amateur. Terrible. - Our salt/pepper shakers were literally stuck in their metal holder. Like, it was a defective unit from the factory. Three waiters tried to extract said shakers like I was watching some retarded version of The Sword in the Stone before they finally admitted they were stuck for good. - Overcooked chicken wings. Like, icing on the cake right there. Everything else can suck but can I get some okay wings? Nope. Dry, overdone wings for you, sir! Let's summarize: Loud, bad service, bad food, ABYSMAL management (Oh, and an extra charge for the tiny cup of ranch that cost them probably 2 cents). Love the company, hate this location.

Well I'm from Buffalo and I thoroughly enjoyed these wings! It's great to get multiple sauces and rubs on an order: I got Salt & Pepper dry rub (awesome), traditional medium ( excellent), and Jammin Jalepeno (too sweet). The wings themselves were flavorful and fresh. I'd give 5 stars if the celery sticks accompaniment were a bit larger.

One star for the big wings, we ordered the chicken quesadilla and I asked for extra sour cream, the waitress says ok comes back later and ask me did I get the extra sour cream, DUH if you did not bring it to me I did not get it, but here is the kicker she has a tray in her and then says ok well you can have this one and I swear she gives me a used container of sour cream, you could actually tell where someone had used it. First and last time I will never go back there again. I can go to Lefty's and get better service and better wings with real dishes (I hated the paper trays to eat out).

Been here twice in the last couple weeks since I thought it might get better with staff experience. I was wrong. Waited too long to be seated. The place is always crazy crowded. It is very loud also. The atmosphere is neat for college game days. The service was very slow on both visits. Takes 15 minutes to get a beer. 30 minutes for an appetizer. The boneless tenders aren't tenders at all. They are more like big nuggets. Way to much crunchy breading on them also. I will stick with Hurricanes for my wings and beer, and Jensen Ale for other sports bar related food. Not worth the hype.

  • Alicia W.

If you want to come in to a bar for cold beer and sports then this bar is even just ok. The beer starts at $4.50 for 22 oz and goes higher in price for craft beer. The food is horrendous. For a place known for its wings these wings were awful. They tasted dry and chewy and like they have been frozen for while. The fried mushrooms were penny sized and I have had better at my high school cafeteria. Such a disappointment!!! I was so excited to finally get a BW3's in Jensen Beach but do not plan on returning. So sad! The best thing was the bartender- she was friendly and accommodating.

I should have listened to the reviews and my friends that went before me. Food was very subpar and overpriced! Our waiter was fabulous but he couldn't make up for taste of the food. Please don't waste your time or money!
